Counselling from the Heart of North Wales
I'm a qualified counsellor practicing in North Wales, offering a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever you're facing.
I care about supporting people through life's challenges with compassion and without judgment. My approach is person-centered, meaning our work together is guided by what matters most to you.
Counselling is a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported as you navigate difficult emotions, relationships, transitions, or simply feeling stuck. Whatever brings you here is valid, and we'll work at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with adults facing a range of life challenges. Counselling can support you through difficult times and help you develop greater understanding of yourself.
One-to-one sessions providing a confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
Support during times of change, loss, or uncertainty when you're navigating new territory and need someone alongside you.
Working through anxiety, low mood, stress, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands.
Exploring challenges in relationships with partners, family, friends, or colleagues, and patterns that may be affecting your connections.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes and held weekly, though we can discuss what works best for you. I practice out of the Snowdonia area, over the phone, or online via secure video.
Sessions are £[TBC] per session. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for those experiencing financial hardship.
If you're considering counselling, I offer a free initial phone consultation where we can discuss what you're looking for and whether we might be a good fit to work together. There's no obligation, and it's a chance for you to ask any questions.
I'd be happy to hear from you and answer any questions you might have.
